The challenge was to transform her existing guide content and social presence into a scalable fitness brand with a legally structured IP and profit-sharing model. The platform features an AI-powered workout planner that adapts to user preferences, progress, and schedule, combined with video-based guided routines. Every aspect—from onboarding flows to motivational cues and error messaging—speaks in Lisa's authentic tone of voice.
We established a fresh brand identity, implemented flexible monetization with monthly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions, and built a future-proof roadmap to integrate recipes, recovery, Pilates, wellness content, and more.
Signature programs like 'The Lisa Way' tailored to specific goals including glutes, waist, hourglass shape, and more. Programs adapt to different energy levels and user preferences.
Smart exercise coaching
Instead of generic workout instructions, exercises include contextual coaching directly within the workout. Users receive guidance on technique, how to choose the right weight, and how to perform sets effectively to maximize results.
Every exercise becomes a personal progress record. Users log their weights and repetitions per set, allowing them to track strength progression over time and clearly see improvements from workout to workout.
